We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product quantities are limited and we do not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at that price and notify you accordingly.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout.
5. Orders and Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us immediately at info@basinjiujitsu.com if you need to modify an order and we will do our best to accommodate you before it ships.
6. Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier directly. We will assist where we can but are not liable for carrier errors.
7. Returns and Refunds
All returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Placing an order constitutes your acceptance of that policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, graphics, text, and product images, is the property of Basin Jiu Jitsu and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
