Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind what we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, odor, or washing will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, email us at info@basinjiujitsu.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is confirmed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Basin Jiu Jitsu is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return the original (subject to the policy above) and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@basinjiujitsu.com with your order number and photos. We will cover return shipping and replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Final Sale

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
