Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.00 on all domestic orders. Orders totaling $90 or more qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery Time

We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Use that number at usps.com to follow your shipment.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, allow 2 additional business days before contacting us. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@basinjiujitsu.com and we will open a claim with USPS on your behalf.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@basinjiujitsu.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve it quickly.
